A Chartered Accountant since 1987, Paul joined the company in 2012 and leads the team responsible for the accounting and administrative functions of Bacton Logistics. Paul previously worked in SMEs across a wide variety of industrial and commercial environments.

Shaun Appleby

Shaun Appleby
General Manager, Support Operations

Shaun has spent many more years behind the wheel than the desk.  After 17-years with Royal Mail in various roles, Shaun joined Bacton Logistics in 2012, originally as a Night Driver taking trunk vehicles to TPN Hub.  A move to the newly established role of Driver Trainer in 2017 really allowed Shaun to find his feet off the road and he quickly realised his attention to detail and knowledge of the driving role also made him a great ambassador for compliance and safety.  This was recognised by the company with two quick promotions in 2021 from Driver Trainer to Support Operations Manager and then onto General Manager for Support Operations where Shaun now oversees the company’s compliance, Health and Safety and Facilities Management.

Dan Lloyd

Dan Lloyd

Outside of work you’ll find Dan at his local grassroots football club, where he coaches and is part of the clubs committee.
